What is a Pre-Shipment Product Inspection?

Product Inspections are the only method to verify that your factory has actually manufactured your products to your specification and performance requirements. A Product Inspection is typically scheduled after 80%+ of the production order is finished.

Our QC Inspectors will travel from our headquarters to your factory to inspect the finished goods according to international and industry standards, as well as your requirements. Product Inspections typically take anywhere from 1-3 days. We will confirm the timeframe when you book an inspection.

Why do we always recommend every client to perform Pre-Shipment Product Inspections? Although there is the cost of doing an inspection, however the cost of receiving defective or incorrect product is much higher. Additionally, when you receive defective product, you not only incur higher costs but you have lost time to sell your product in the market and also potentially damaged your brand reputation with clients. The benefit absolutely outweighs the cost to ensure you always provide quality product and meet your clients’ expectations.

What is Production Monitoring?

Production Monitoring means our QC Inspector will visit your factory during production and observe the workers making your products, ensure they are meeting your standards, and identify problems in real-time for immediate resolution.

The QC Inspector is communicating with your Dedicated Expert in our office, which means we will provide pictures, video, and discuss any potential issues with you as they happen. We are quite literally your eyes and ears at the factory.

Depending on your production schedule and which part you want us to observe, Production Monitoring can take anywhere between 1-5+ days. We will confirm the timeframe after receiving your booking and discussing your objectives and expectations with you.

What is a Manufacturing Audit?

Manufacturing Audits are highly recommended to verify that your supplier’s manufacturing facility is operating properly and suitable for manufacturing your products. By conducting an audit, you can help avoid serious risks related to operations, ethics and product quality. It also allows you to understand if the supplier can meet your standards, as well as the competence and culture of the management team.

Our Audits adhere to international standard ISO9000 for Quality Management System. Additionally, our QC Auditors all have 5+ years of experience to ensure you receive the most professional evaluation.

You can expect your Manufacturing Audit to cover these areas: Factory Profile, Production Capacities, Factory Facilities (incl. technology and equipment condition), Workflow and Organizational Charts, and Quality Assurance Systems. Additionally, you can further customize your audit by considering to cover other areas, including Social Responsibility or your specific requirements.
